"Live Forever" is a song recorded by Oasis. It was released as the third single on their debut studio album, Definitely Maybe. The song was written by Noel Gallagher and produced by Owen Morris at Clear Studios in Manchester, England. The song was inspired by "Shine a Light", a song recorded by the Rolling Stones. "Live Forever" was the first single by the band to crack the top ten in the United Kingdom. Liam Gallagher has stated that "Live Forever" is his favorite Oasis song.

The single's artwork features 251 Menlove Avenue; the childhood home of the Beatles' member John Lennon.
